6/15/11 Great Lakes Data Systems is introducing a tool created for cable technicians that hooks into GLDS’ back office so that techs have access to all of the info necessary to make sure an installation or repair can be performed without referring back to corporate. GLDS’ WinForce Tech is integrated with its WinCable billing and subscriber management system and is available as a native Android app or a Web-enabled platform. WinForce Tech delivers details on all work to be performed and all subscriber relationships and house-related data, and it allows technicians to manage functions that previously required a customer to call the office.
