It’s a whole new insight and level of detail into our daily operations and collection processes.  We are extremely happy with our decision to go with GLDS.”

iFiber has entered into a long-term agreement with GLDS for its WinCable® subscriber management and billing system, its SuperController™ provisioning platform, its CableAnytime™ web-based customer self-care platform and several other solutions that will contribute to the overall efficiency of operations.

“GLDS goes to great lengths to ensure we maximize functionality and value.  Our customers need cost-effective ways of competing and GLDS works hard to ensure we provide them,” said GLDS’ president, Garrick Russell.  “We’re pleased to welcome iFiber and look forward to a long-lasting relationship.”
