One such operator is Cosmos Fiber in Franklinville, Tenn. With new, fiber in the ground, they needed a more disciplined method of managing their customer base. Cosmos has extended the power of BroadHub to the field through GLDS’ BroadHub Tech platform, which puts powerful customer management tools in the hands of technicians, and to the end customer with GLDS’ MyBroadbandAccount web-based self-care platform plus automated customer messaging via email and SMS. They will also be one of the first to market as they help GLDS test and launch a new customer self-subscribe module.
