WinRate is a flexible call transaction re-rating system that delivers the pricing creativity operators need to offer competitive VoIP products. Many of today’s turn-key voice providers give operators few choices when it comes to pricing their VoIP plans. Some providers offer only one flavor of pricing for all cable operators while others offer only wholesale-rated records. With WinRate operators have the tools to customize their offering to better meet the needs of their subscriber base.
WinRate offers operators the ability to re-rate call detail records (CDRs) from any source, applying varied mark-ups, discounts and rounding schemes to pre-rated transaction by type of call. The solution is available as a stand-alone product and has been tightly integrated with other WinCable® functions. This integration means hands-off CDR processing for operators. WinRate automatically looks for files, processes and prepares them for automated import into WinCable.
This product is used in conjunction with WinVoIP.
