Registration

Payment & Cancellation Policies

Receipt of registration constitutes a promise to pay. Payment in full is due prior to the commencement of training.  Please mail payment with registration to GLDS, 5954 Priestly Drive, Carlsbad, CA 92008.
You may cancel or reschedule, without penalty, only if written notice is received at least 14 days prior to the class for which you are registered.  Attendee substitution is permitted, if necessary.

Please note that all classes require a minimum number of attendees.  GLDS reserves the right to cancel any class that doesn’t have the required number of attendees.  Before booking travel, please contact GLDS to confirm that we have the required number of attendees and that the training will be held as scheduled. GLDS cannot be held responsible for travel booked for an unconfirmed class.

Classroom Etiquette

To maximize your training investment and improve the classroom experience for everyone, the use of cell phones, smartphones, etc., is prohibited in class.  Please reserve usage for lunch and scheduled breaks only. Thanks for helping us keep distractions to a minimum, to give you the best training results.  Attendance for all scheduled training days is required to be considered eligible for Technical Support services and receive a certificate of completion. Please do not plan an early departure from the final training day.
