Jim Sheehy

Jim joined GLDS in 2020 and brings more than 20 years of experience in the Broadband industry, within tier-one Contact and Technical Support centers. While working for Cox Communications, and Time Warner Cable, Jim successfully lead various multi-tiered, Technical Support teams and is responsible for leading the Support and Implementations teams at GLDS. Jim is a proud military veteran who served his country and community for eight years. Jim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.
