For example, our WinCable 101 class, held at our offices in Carlsbad, is a three-day class designed for new WinCable users using the solution to manage day-to-day operations. Looking for a more in-depth training program?  At WinCable 401, also held at our Carlsbad offices, users will dive deep into WinCable’s advanced features and learn how to better manage promotions, discounts and inactive subscribers.

Can’t make it to our offices? We also offer a number of comprehensive online classes, such as our two-hour online class that teaches users how to set up campaigns, promotions, and automatic discounts. Or if you’re looking for a more tailored training program, GLDS can provide custom training on any billing and subscriber management topic. Sessions can be run one-on-one, or as a group.
