SuperController
This two-day class is designed for headend technicians and users who will support provisioning of digital video, high speed data, and telephone services. GLDS addressable engineers will show you how to configure, use, and troubleshoot SuperController with all licensed interfaces.
The curriculum is “hands-on” and comprehensive, offered just a few times a year at our beautiful Carlsbad facility, near San Diego. Our trainers will share their in-depth knowledge of addressable control, SuperController configuration, and troubleshooting. Learn how to reduce your downtime and get the most out of your software investment. Please have remote connectivity available to the SuperController at your office for best results.

On-site addressable engineering is required for new launches — but this class is designed for all regular users and administrators of SuperController. Successful graduates also qualify for our unlimited tech support plan.
