Training
Get More From Your GLDS Investment. GLDS training and professional services help you get the most from your billing and subscriber management systems.
Training Format: Unless otherwise arranged, all GLDS training is conducted online.
Cancellations: Classes require a minimum number of attendees. GLDS may cancel or reschedule a class if minimum enrollment is not met. Once training is confirmed by GLDS, registration is non-refundable.
Classroom Expectations: To minimize distractions, please limit phone use to scheduled breaks. Attendance for all scheduled training days is required for Technical Support eligibility and completion certification. Please do not plan to leave early on the final day.
Training Certification: Under GLDS Monthly Support Plans, Technical Support is available to GLDS-trained users. Trainees must attend and participate in at least 95% of a class to earn certification. BroadHub 101 and SuperController Admin are required for Technical Support certification for their respective products.
