Please note that use of the GLDS Technical Support Portal, including case management and website chat, is subject to the terms of GLDS License and Support agreements. Customers on an as-needed (billable) support plan, and customers not certified as trained and eligible for Monthly Support by GLDS, will be billed for cases opened via this portal, or support provided by chat.
