STANDARD TRAINING: GLDS offers monthly training on a range of subjects from an exhaustive, 3-day WinCable 101 class in our Carlsbad offices, to online classes on subjects like using WinCable for accountants.    Learn along-side other operators in a mixed class setting and learn how other operators use WinCable as well.

CUSTOM TRAINING: Need more tailored training to meet a specific objective?   GLDS can provide training on virtually any billing and subscriber management subject.   Our knowledgeable team can train one-on-one or as a group, virtually over the Internet or face-to-face.   Please contact GLDS Sales to discuss your specific training needs.

Location & Hours

All Carlsbad training classes are held at the GLDS’ California office: 5954 Priestly Drive, Carlsbad, CA 92008.  They  begin at 8:30 A.M. and end at 5:00 P.M. daily with a 1-hr lunch break, customarily 12:00 – 1:00.  Online classes are conducted as needed.

Cancellation

Please note that all classes require a minimum number of attendees.  GLDS reserves the right to cancel any class that doesn’t have the required number of attendees.  Before booking travel, please contact GLDS to confirm that we have the required number of attendees and that the training will be held as scheduled.
