GLDS did a great job with transitioning us to their cloud-based platform. Better still, I recently ran a Customer Summary report. While it used to take more than an hour on our old system, it only took four minutes to complete on the new, hosted solution.

We have been with GLDS since 1999 and have always been pleased with their billing innovations and, like the other services they offer, WinCAP will provide the real-time authorization and a centralized platform for our new services, such as the 2012 NBC Summer Olympics.

If you don’t have extensive experience, or time, we recommend GLDS’ hosted solution for quick time to market.

GLDS offered a much better solution for the cost than other alternatives. With GLDS we were able to centralize billing system operations, improve control of data services, and introduce VoIP; all while making life easier for our front-line CSR’s.

I am impressed with the telephony module that is integrated into WinCable. The API was a seamless way of getting required billing data into the system, onto the invoice, and ultimately out to the customer.
