Please note that use of the GLDS Technical Support Portal, including case management, is subject to the terms of GLDS License and Support agreements. Customers on an as-needed (billable) support plan, and customers not certified as trained and eligible for Monthly Support by GLDS, will be billed for cases opened via this portal.
