Jodie joined GLDS in 2019 following a nine-year broadband career as a GLDS customer. Jodie has successfully led Customer Support, Technical Support teams utilizing various GLDS products and tools bringing a broadband service provider’s perspective to the management team. Jodie, and her team, seek to identify and address the unique needs of each broadband service provider with whom we work. Jodie has Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
