Alianza has integrated its Cloud Voice Platform with GLDS’ WinCable. The combined solution is designed to provide a voice service delivery solution and back-office functions, including account creation, number activation, billing, and customer care.
It’s designed to let service provider staff enter and retrieve subscriber information in a single cloud-based back-office platform and provision the Cloud Voice Platform. Flow-through provisioning between the platforms is supported via APIs. Alianza provides call detail records (CDRs) to WinCable so service providers can bill and invoice subscribers.
Both companies are exhibiting at Cable-Tec Expo in Denver.
