The WinForce tech platform, which is integrated with GLDS’ WinCable billing and subscriber management system, is designed to give field technicians real-time access to assigned work, as well as customer and account details by putting WinCable tools on a hand-held device, such as a smartphone, tablet, netbook or laptop. The product requires only an Internet connection and is not dependent on any one platform.
