11/10/11 by BTR Staff  | Great Lakes Data Systems plans to demonstrate BroadHub Tech, the company’s new mobile workforce management platform for field techs, along with WinCable in the Cloud, a cloud-based subscriber management and billing system at Expo.

BroadHub Tech is designed to give field technicians real-time access to assigned work, as well as customer account details. It’s available on any smartphone, tablet, netbook, or laptop. WinCable in the Cloud, is designed to let operators manage billing, subscriber management and provisioning functions virtually via the Internet, without the need for any hardware or infrastructure investment.

Both products are integrated with GLDS’ WinCable subscriber management and billing system and SuperController provisioning solution.
